Service Description
Breastfeeding is more than just milk—it’s about confidence, connection, and finding calm in the journey. Mindful techniques can help reduce stress, support milk flow, and create a more positive feeding experience for both you and your baby. In this session, we will: 🌀 Explore your current or previous feeding experiences 🌀 Work on affirmations, gratitude, and journaling to build confidence 🌀 Find simple, sustainable mindfulness techniques that fit your life Sessions can be booked antenatally or postnatally and are available outside the home You can combine this session with a full breastfeeding and lactation consultation. Cancellation Policy
Sessions must be booked in advance and scheduled around my working hours. WhatsApp follow-up messages will be answered within 48 hours. This service is not for urgent support—please contact 111, 999, the National Breastfeeding Helpline, your midwife, or GP as appropriate for urgent concerns. The plan is non-refundable once sessions have begun. Cancellations are only possible if no sessions have been used. If you need to cancel a booked session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may not be rescheduled.
