Whether you’re preparing before birth or navigating feeding challenges postnatally, these sessions provide expert, tailored support in the comfort of your home. For £180, you’ll receive three personalised sessions, covering: 🌿 Positioning & attachment – finding what works best for you and your baby 🌿 Feeding challenges – low milk supply, oversupply, painful feeding, bottle feeding, pumping, top-ups, or low weight gain, what's normal and what's not..and more. 🌿 Establishing, adjusting, or stopping breastfeeding – meeting your goals in a way that’s right for you 🌿 Weaning guidance – whether transitioning from breast, bottle, or both or moving onto solids. 🌿 Mindful breastfeeding – techniques to support milk flow and a calm feeding experience What to Expect: 🌀 A full history from birth to now, so we can understand your journey 🌀 A safe space for you to share your experiences and concerns 🌀 Feed observations with personalised, practical guidance 🌀 A plan tailored to what’s achievable and sustainable for you and your baby 🌀 Ongoing support – Follow-up via email or WhatsApp for up to 4 weeks These sessions are designed to support you at every stage of your breastfeeding journey - email to book or for more information.
